We’re getting downright cozy with these Autumn 2024 concoctions from our test kitchen! Every season we’ll release flavors paired with wine at an after hours open house.

(If you miss our September 13th release party, you can look forward to one on Friday, December 13th from 5-8pm!)

Live music will be filling the air at our chocolate factory, where we’ll introduce our season truffle flavors in a flight paired with wine or non-alcoholic beverages! You’ll get a chance to enter a raffle with each purchase (everything will be marked down by 10%, we might add!), and the factory will be open for self-guided tours, which is a real treat in itself.

For autumn 2024, we’ve come up with a warming and aromatic Pumpkin Spice Caramel. Think cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice and cloves stirred into our rich caramel! The whole thing is encased in a 75% dark chocolate shell. We love it with the luscious flavors of ripe apricot, honey and a touch of nuttiness in White Port.

The Apple Cider Vinegar Caramel truffle is everything you want in a chocolate. It’s bright, it’s bursting, and it is an irresistible blend of red fruit and dark chocolate that will probably take you back to childhood! This truffle’s rich, buttery core melds beautifully with a Pinot Noir’s refined texture, creating a delightful interplay of autumnal fruit and caramel warmth, making for a fresh yet indulgent pairing.
